Juliagh is a Commandeur in the Association Internationale de Maitres Conseils en Gastronomie Francais, a Cordon Blue cook, and has judged french wines at the Salon d’Agriculture in Paris. She has a Diplome d’Ambassadeur in La Commanderie du Chardonnay D’Or from the orginal village of Chardonnay in France. Juliagh currently lives in Dublin.

 

Learnt so much about Irish food. This is the best way to discover Dublin if you’re a foodie.The teenagers were impressed with Aungier Danger, phew! and we had some tasty morsels. Would really recommend – 4.5 stars for me even though it did rain (but that’s Ireland!) Peter Ronson
